Delete your data
Sudoku: In Your Element · Whizkid World LLP
The game has no accounts of its own and keeps your progress on your phone, so
you can delete it yourself, in the app, at any time.
In the app
Open the Player tab (the third tab at the bottom of the screen; it shows your name once you have set one), then Privacy → Delete all app data. This removes scores, medals,
daily-challenge history, your profile, every preference and any game in progress, and returns
the app to how it was when first installed. Uninstalling the app does the same.
What the app cannot delete for you
- Crash reports. Firebase Crashlytics keeps them for 90 days and then
deletes them. A report carries nothing that identifies you, so we have no way to find yours
among others and delete it sooner.
- Google Play Games. If you have used it, its cloud save, leaderboard
entries and achievements are held by Google under your account, not by us. Delete them from
Play Games' own settings or your Google Account. Deleting the app's data on your phone does
not delete them.
- The advertising ID. Android controls it, not the app. Reset or delete it
in your phone's Settings → Privacy → Ads.
