Our games are free to download. Some offer optional one-time purchases, such as removing the ads between games or unlocking a theme. This page explains how those purchases work and how to get your money back if something is wrong.
Every purchase is made through Google Play, using the payment method on your Google account. Google processes the payment and sends the receipt. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Prices are shown in your local currency in the game before you buy, and include any taxes Google applies in your country.
Remove ads removes the full-screen ads between games or levels. Videos you choose to watch for a reward stay available. Each game shows what it sells, and the price, before you buy.
Everything sold is digital and delivered in the game, on the Google account that bought it, as soon as Google Play confirms the payment: usually at once. Nothing is shipped.
A purchase cannot be cancelled once Google Play has completed it, because it is delivered at that moment. A payment still pending can be cancelled from your Google Play order history. To get your money back for a completed purchase, see Refunds below.
Within 48 hours of buying, you can usually request a refund directly from Google Play, without contacting us: open Google Play's order history (play.google.com → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history), find the order and choose Request a refund. Google decides these requests under its own refund policy.
After 48 hours, or if Google Play cannot help, write to us at
whizkidworldllp@gmail.com with the Google Play order
number (it starts with GPA.) and what went wrong. We will look into it; any refund is
made through Google Play.
A refunded purchase no longer belongs to your account, so the game removes what it unlocked the next time it opens and Google Play confirms the refund: for example, the ads between games return once Remove ads has been refunded. This needs an internet connection; offline, nothing changes until the game can check with Google Play.
Payments sometimes take a few minutes to complete, and some payment methods mark a purchase as pending until they confirm it. The game unlocks it as soon as Google Play confirms the payment. If it still has not appeared after a day, use the game's restore button (Restore purchases; in Sudoku, Restore purchase), then write to us with the order number.
