Effective date: October 7, 2026 · Last updated: October 24, 2026 · Whizkid World LLP
These terms are an agreement between you and Whizkid World LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India ("we", "us"), about our games — currently Sudoku: In Your Element, Mind the Top and Amazing Arrows: Tap Puzzle — and this website. Each game links to these terms, and from its next update asks you to accept them before you first play. By using a game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the games.
Our games are intended for players aged 16 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you and is responsible for your use of the games.
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The games and this website, including their code, artwork, music, puzzles, text and names, belong to Whizkid World LLP or its licensors. You may not copy them, in whole or in part, modify, sell, rent or redistribute them, reverse-engineer them except where the law allows it, or use them to build a competing product.
Please do not cheat, use bots or modified versions of a game, exploit bugs, or interfere with the games or the services they use. If we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, we may remove your scores from leaderboards, limit features, or stop you using a game.
Our games are free and show ads, provided by Google AdMob. We do not control the content of ads, and an ad you tap takes you to a third party under its own terms. Some features use services provided by others, such as Google Play Games for cloud save, leaderboards and achievements; those are provided under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
Your progress and settings are stored on your device, and in your own Google account if you use Google Play Games or Android backup. Keep your own backups if your progress matters to you. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for progress or data lost because a game was uninstalled or reset, a device was changed or lost, or a backup or cloud save was not restored.
Some games contain moving and flashing images. A small number of people may have seizures or other reactions when exposed to them. If you or anyone in your family has had such a condition, ask a doctor before playing, and stop at once if you feel unwell. Take regular breaks.
You need a compatible device. Some features need an internet connection, and you are responsible for any data charges. Some features, such as a daily puzzle, use our servers or other online services, and may be unavailable at times. We cannot promise that a game will work on every device or with every version of Android.
We may change a game, its content or its features, add or remove them, or stop offering a game, at any time. A game you have installed may keep working, with what you bought in it, but we cannot say for how long. A game may occasionally be unavailable.
To the extent the law allows, the games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
Subject to section 13, and to the extent the law allows:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and the limits above do not apply to the rights described in section 13.
Nothing in these terms affects rights you have as a consumer that the law of the country where you live does not allow to be excluded or changed by contract. For example, if you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep your statutory rights about digital content; if you live in Australia, you keep the guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law. Where these terms and such a right conflict, the right applies.
If something goes wrong, please write to us first at whizkidworldllp@gmail.com, so we can try to put it right without a formal dispute. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, India, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and any right you have there to bring a claim in your local courts.
How each game handles information is set out in its privacy policy: Sudoku: In Your Element, Mind the Top and Amazing Arrows: Tap Puzzle.
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. Where the law requires it, we will tell you about a change that matters to you, and a game may ask you to accept the updated terms before you continue playing. If you keep playing after a change, the updated terms apply.
