The game has no accounts of its own and keeps your progress on your phone, so you can delete it yourself, in the game, at any time.
Open the Player tab, then Privacy › Delete all game data. The same item is also at the foot of Player › Settings. This erases everything the game has stored on your phone — scores, Daily results, trophies, streak, unlocked themes, settings and any game in progress — and closes the game so it starts fresh. It also resets the identifier that analytics uses, so nothing afterwards is connected to what came before.
If you use Google Play Games, the progress the game saved to your Google account is emptied too, the next time the game saves, and so is the copy on any other phone you play on.
It keeps three things: the record of what you have bought, because a purchase belongs to your Google Play account, not to this phone; Google Play’s answer about your age range, so the protections for younger players stay in place; and, if you use Play Games, a note of which saved copy this phone belongs to, so the emptied copy is not merged back from another phone. Uninstalling the game removes everything it has stored on your phone. If you also want to remove the copy Android may have placed in your Google Drive backup, delete the app’s backup from Google Drive › Settings › Backups on your device.
